At ePackageSupply, we stand behind the quality of our food-grade containers and storage solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all lids and containers are protected, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the Items
Send your return to our distribution center using your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 5-7 business days.
